Cleaning Schedules

Boat Hull Cleaning Schedules:

Hull cleaning schedules vary depending on the boat hull's specific characteristics and the customer's preferences.
Our experience has shown that the most effective cleaning cycle for a hull with good antifouling paint is every 4 weeks.

Here is a list of the most common hull cleaning schedules:
note: "The more cleaning frequency, the cheaper the price".

Single Cleaning:
When the customer requests only one cleaning, normally for those "On the go".

Weekly Cleaning:
This option is for those who have the great need of the highest boat performance level in terms of marine growth. Normally this type of frequency applies to boats without any antifouling paint, or bare fiberglass bottoms.

Every Two Weeks Cleaning:
This type of schedule is offered for hulls not painted with antifouling paint and is the minimum cleaning frequency accepted for boat hulls with no bottom paint or very poor bottom paint.

Every Four Weeks Cleaning: BEST VALUE √
This is the type of hull cleaning schedule we recommend for those boats with excellent to fair antifouling paint condition; "The most effective cleaning cycle".

The Nine Cleanings Yearly:
A total of nine cleaning through the year: Every four weeks in summer (warm season) and every 8 weeks in winter (cold season) This type of schedule takes advantage of the differences in marine growth between the warm season and the cold season. Antifouling paint condition must be in great shape for this schedule to be offered.

Please contact us if you would like to discuss a different cleaning schedule alternative.

Note: Boats with out drives or stern drives not painted with antifouling paint require a special cleaning schedule; please contact us for details.

Docks or Hydrohoists (boat lift) Cleaning Schedules:

Single Cleaning:
When the customer requests only one cleaning.

Six Cleanings Yearly:
Every 8 weeks cleaning year around will keep docks and hydrohiosts well maintained.
